sobre la Tierra,
fruto azulado
que procrea vida
en medio esta
selva compartida
por las aves del
sol que odian la guerra.
En su sangre, mi
voz nunca la encierra
el hielo, con su
sombra oscurecida,
causante de la
hiel que abre la herida,
donde el espino
su amargor sotierra.
Eres, oh Tierra,
manantial y meta
del viajero que
siembra la simiente
que, con su
amor, cultivará el poeta.
Eres alba y
ocaso, ala y torrente.
Tu cuerpo
cambia, como una veleta,
al calor de
cualquier fecunda mente.
