En la lumbre de la hoguera
en el sol matinal
en la escurridiza quimera
en el fresco manantial;
como duende en tu derredor
en el brillo en la mirada
como alegría en la carcajada
como sonrojo en tu pudor;
¡Búscame en tu derredor
en el átomo, en el sabor de la miel;
en la estrella, en tu sudor,
en tu alma, en el cascabel…!
Cuanto te agotes y no me halles
me apareceré en tus sueños:
loco, te apretaré fuerte al talle
y morderé tus senos pequeños;
¡Búscame allí…en tu sombra
que siendo uno de los dos
dormiré con tu sombra
aunque me castigue Dios…!
